Overview
The Fire Product Configurator is a free, browser-based tool used to customize AttackPRO 300 and FirePRO 300 cameras.

Accessing the Configurator
- Open Google Chrome.
- Go to configurator.thermal.com .
- Connect the dock to your computer using the USB cable.
- Click Connect.
- Select the Seek device and click Allow.
Notes
- Only one device can be connected at a time.
- Safari and Firefox are not supported.
Before You Start
- If configuring FirePRO 300, confirm the camera firmware version.
- Have the FirePRO 300 dock and USB cable ready.
The FirePRO 300 must be running the correct firmware version for the configurator to communicate with the device.

What You Can Configure
Use the configurator to enable or disable device features and customize startup behavior.
| Custom Splash Screen | Add a department logo or custom startup image. |
| Video Recording | Enable or disable video recording. |
| Image Capture | Enable or disable still image capture. |
| Flashlight | Enable or disable the built-in flashlight. |
| TI Basic+ | Enable or disable TI Basic+ mode. |
| Survey Mode | Enable or disable Survey Mode. |
| Startup Mode Persistence | When ON, the camera restarts in the last active viewing mode after power-off. When OFF, the camera always powers on in TI Basic mode. |
