Overview
Use the Fire Product Configurator to adjust camera settings, add a custom splash screen, save changes, and apply configurations to additional devices.
Compatibility: Only compatible with FirePRO 300 and AttackPRO 300.
Adjusting Device Settings
After the camera is connected, use the ON/OFF toggles to enable or disable available device features.
Saving Changes
- After adjusting settings, click Save Changes.
- The device will automatically reboot.
- Wait a few seconds for the device to reconnect.
- Once the device reconnects, the new settings are applied.
Disconnecting the Device
Always click Disconnect in the configurator before physically removing the camera from the dock.
Adding a Custom Splash Screen
A splash screen is the image displayed when the camera powers on. You can upload a department logo or other approved startup image.
- Turn Splash Screen ON.
- Click Upload Image.
- Select a JPEG or PNG image file.
- Reposition the image in the preview window as needed.
- Click Use Image.
- Click Save Changes.
The device will reboot and apply the new splash screen.

Applying Configurations to Multiple Devices
You can export a configuration from one camera and import it onto another device to apply the same settings.
Export a Configuration
- Configure the first device.
- Click Export Configuration.
- Save the configuration file to your computer.
Import a Configuration
- Connect the next device.
- Click Import Configuration, or drag and drop the configuration file onto the configurator.
- Click Save Changes.
Restoring Factory Settings
Use Restore Factory Settings to return feature settings to the original out-of-box feature configuration. Custom Splash Screen will remain.
- Connect the device.
- Click Restore Factory Settings.
- Confirm when prompted.
Available Features

| Flashlight | Enables or disables the built-in flashlight. |
| Startup Mode Persistence | When ON, the camera remembers the last active viewing mode after power-off. When OFF, the camera always powers on in TI Basic mode. |
