Seek Thermal's limited consumer warranty provides protection against material defects and workmanship for up to 12 months (24 months for EU customers) from the date of purchase. Several Seek Thermal products provide longer periods of limited consumer warranty protections; see details specific to AttackPRO®, FirePRO X® or Seek Scan® here.
Proof of purchase is required to establish warranty coverage; please retain your original receipt. Seek's limited consumer warranty is non-transferable.
Seek Thermal policy states that when returning a unit to the factory for evaluation, the end-user will be responsible for all shipping charges to the factory. Seek recommends returning products via a common carrier that allows you to track the progress, delivery of your return shipment.
Please do not include accessories (cases, D-rings, charging cables, etc.) in the return shipment as this hinders Seek's repair efforts. Seek will not be responsible for any unreturned accessories. The original box is not required, if the unit is carefully packaged.
Note: if you elect to return a Seek product (Shot Series, Reveal Series, etc.) that contains a Lithium-Ion battery via Air Shipment, please affix label UN3481 to the shipping carton. Upon completion of the repair of your thermal imaging camera, Seek Thermal will cover all related return shipping charges.
If you have purchased your Seek Compact imager from an authorized reseller, we encourage you to direct all return requests to the authorized reseller.
