It guarantees the device to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use and service for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover instances where the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents, or abnormal operating conditions.
How does the warranty claim process work?
Should a G300 product covered by this warranty fail, Seek Thermal will either repair or, at its discretion, replace the device. To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must return the product with prepaid shipping to Seek Thermal within the specified warranty period. Seek Thermal will conduct an examination to confirm the defect and undertake the repair or replacement at no cost, including return shipping, provided the defect is confirmed.
Are there any costs associated with warranty claims?
If the failure is determined to result from misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation or storage, reasonable repair costs will be billed. Seek Thermal will provide an estimate upon request before commencing any repair work.
