We have received feedback from some of our customers that some Xperia devices may need to have certain functions enabled via device settings to connect and run their imagers.
If you have an Xperia device that is not successfully connecting with your imager, you may want to try the following:
1. Visit device SETTINGS and select Xperia Connectivity
2. Press "Detect USB Device"
3. If "Detect USB Device" is not available among the icons, edit the list and add the icon to the list, then complete the steps above.
