We have learned from some customers that some Xperia devices that can connect to and run a Seek Compact imager may need to have certain functions enabled via device settings.
If you have an Xperia device that is not successfully connecting with a Compact imager you may want to try the following.
- Visit device SETTINGS and select Xperia Connectivity
- Press "Detect USB Device"
If "Detect USB Device" is not available among the icons, edit the list and add the icon to the list. Then complete the steps above.
